Due to updates in our billing software, a statement will not be mailed in January. Your statement will be issued in February and will reflect adjustments to your reading periods, billing cycles, and payment due dates. Due to it being an extended binning cycle your charges may be higher than expected in the winter months. Thank you in advance for your patience while we implement the changes.
